Hi all!
I’ve been keeping myself busy stitching. This year my goal is to be consistent and keep up with as much as I can.
Not always so easy, as you know, but I’m in there trying. My main focus is keeping steady with my creative adventures, both drawing and stitching.
For my stitching work, I’m doing Christmas ornaments with the occasional biscornu thrown in and getting my third embroidery book together. It’s been on the table waiting for me for a few years now. Time to get it done.
I’m pretty excited about both of these, so it’s helping to keep me going.
I’ve just finished two new ornaments, so I’m happy about that. This first one I’ve been meaning to do for ages and ages! Finally done!
And the second one:
This one was nice to get done too. I love the pine woods at Christmas idea. It’s almost like living here except there is rarely snow at Christmas!
I have been working on my pastel art too. I’m going for commitment and consistency this month on this too. So darn tempting to take a few detours! There is nothing wrong with that of course, but I really want to improve my skills and as I said, be consistent. So I’m making a real effort to stay focused!
Well, that’s all for now! I hope you have a creative, stitching fun day today and every day! I am doing my best to do the same…
